It's pretty easy. Study alot on your own, to make sure you'll pass any tests in full glory, save some money in the run, quit your job and inscribe in the best school within you reach. Study hard, and do nothing but music. Give some lessons for extra $$, continue livemixing in the while, get to know good musicians that will call you whenever they need a mixer, get to know alot of soundcompany's by working for bands (for free initially, later when they realize you add to the band you can start charging), and eventually, you'll be any engineers dream-stagehand, since you know as much as they do but just lack experience.

It's hard work; but it's pretty easy.

I totally agree. We may have a lot of characters here, but we also have a lot of character. I'm staying. I love this place and the people in it. It will take more than a couple of trolls to change that.

Not me. I believe what I CAN SEE and what is revealed or proved. Until then, I have to give the benefit of the doubt. Since I missed the whole episode, I don't know what was said. It just seems to me like a little more communication could clear this whole thing up. Just my opinion.

You fessed up (and anybody who read that thing KNOWS it was no "tongue in cheek" confession). You caught a LOT more shit than you thought you would (which is why I decided to delete it)...and then after getting flamed for an hour, and AFTER I deleted the mess, you say, "Oh, I was kidding." ??????

I don't even care that you were the troll; I looked at is as a kind of puzzle, nothing more. But this latest turn is just pathetic.

So, please--somebody give me the capsule review. The gist I got was mixmkr said he was the Critic, ChrisHarris posted some thread, deleted it--now we have a mixmkr denial thread.

To clarify, that's a little off. I posted a POLL - WHO's the troll?

I included in the post my reasoning for narrowing it down to one person. I clearly said that if mix denied it, then cool 'enuff...I'd assume he was set up really well.

Then mix confessed, then it got really ugly (he got flamed by the Freaking SITE MODERATOR, lmao...IRONY). I thought it would go nowhere but down from there, and the purpose had been served, so I deleted it.

THEN came the innocence thread.

Sorry, but the order makes a difference. I asked several times (warned, really) that I was going to delete the thread before I did it.

And as far as PROVING (again) that it was mixmkr, I have no interest in it. I just wanted it to stop. "A_Super_Critic" would have definitely made a comeback. Maybe he won't now.

after your rant about aging ovaries i'm gonna miss you. that post almost put me in the hospital. you gotta admit, although most of the super critical posts were not helpful, they were at least very funny.

Whoever the troll is, can't we just laugh about it and welcome them back? I mean it's not like the guy was trying to sell us all a bunch of chinese mics or something.
