It's pretty easy. Study alot on your own, to make sure you'll pass any tests in full glory, save some money in the run, quit your job and inscribe in the best school within you reach. Study hard, and do nothing but music. Give some lessons for extra $$, continue livemixing in the while, get to know good musicians that will call you whenever they need a mixer, get to know alot of soundcompany's by working for bands (for free initially, later when they realize you add to the band you can start charging), and eventually, you'll be any engineers dream-stagehand, since you know as much as they do but just lack experience.Qwerty said:
P.S. What's the link to the "Roel's Guide to Quit Ur Job And Make A Packet In The Recording Industry"?
It's hard work; but it's pretty easy.
