boss delay DD-3 crapped out today..please help

ok so this things never given me trouble since ive owned it in january..i dont gig, it sits on my floor in my FX loop with my boss chorus, boss flange, dunlop wah and whammy...it's never left the damn house..outat nohwere today, it craps out...so i check everything and i realize that its the main output...all my other pedals work in the FX loop or out, but this, the second i plug into the main output, i hear a lot of noise, and theres NO guitar signal comin through, and if there is its VERRRRRRRY faint...just noise..so i tried using the battery instead of my onespot wall adapter, same thing.....i opened it up, EVERYTHIN is connected, especially to the output jack...im SO conufsed, please help anyone!
 
It's not by any chance the DI out thats causing you hassle is it?
 
nope..i never use that, that actually works! its not the delayed signal out though, thats the regular out....that one works though, but the master out won't.
 
Most sites that sell the Boss pedals say there is a 5 year warranty-check into it!!
 
Yup, and boss is an EXTREMLY good company to deal with when it comes to warranty.

Give them a call, or email, or take it to your local Boss Authorized Repair shop, and you should have it back within the week!
 
oh snap! how much do you think it'll cost though, labor etc? thanks a lot though guys!
 
Well, it sounds like a defect in the actual product, so there should be zero charge to you!
