Actually I refuse to do business with Pay Pal. They not only refuse to certify my bank even though it's one of the very oldest, largest and most reputable bricks and mortar banks in the Chicago area, but they refuse to tell either me or my bank exactly why.
No, it's not Harris. It's actually LaSalle. They have been berry berry good to me as a bank and their free ATMs are everywhere. But Pay Pal doesn't like them for reasons which nobody has been able to pin them down on. We've aske about 20 people through the ranks of Pay Pal and gotten 30 different (and wrong) "reasons" as to why LaSalle is blacklisted by Pay Pal.
