Hi,
I have recently borrowed an cheap encore bass from a friend and am miking it up through - fender blues deluxe re-issue - SM57 - focusrite saffire 6 - FL Studio. I'm not getting a great sound out of it at the moment and so I am wondering what you guys think of Trilian for bass sounds?
The music I'm playing is grunge / alternative stuff.
I can get great guitar sounds both clean and distorted with my setup as stated before.
I'm wondering if any of you use Trilian and whether you think it is good enough to have as the bass when the mixdown is finally finished.
Can it be a top end product with a sound that matches a real live bass?
All thoughts would be welcome, cheers, Ste.
