retroreprobate
Hi Folks,
BEFORE you bite - I did a search & nothing came up for this unit.
I recently bought a UO100 Octaver. It wasn't exactly up to the promo but for the AU$39 it did the job expected EXCEPT I couldn't get it to work with a transformer/power pack.
3 transformers, 3 different connectors - reversed each to check polarity issues, 2 amps, 2 guitars, three leads & batteries were used to test the thing.
With the correct polarity & all other things equal the signal path worked perfectly with my BO100 BUT produced a loud HUM/BUZZ with the UO100.
With a battery there was NO PROBLEM.
I sent the UO100 back & was posted a replacement. Guess what? Yeah, you guessed!
EXACTLY the same problem. So much so that I thought it may be the same pedal repackaged.
I don't want to Behringer bash - enough of that around already & I do have 3 items by them that work rather well.
Can anyone diagnose, offer a prognosis for or recount a similar set of circumstances with the item or a B product?
Cheers
