I know, I know.... .. . .....behringer.

But, anybody here tried the Tube Ultragain T1953, or the Ultragain Pro Mic2200 or UltraVoice Digital Vx2000?

...or any UltraMechaBuzzGainSuperProPowerCrap Behringer preamp thing?

And does anybody tried their biggest console model, the MX9000??

If you do a search of the harmony central forums, you'll find a few of their guys have good things to say about the ultragain2200 (they are recommending it over the audiobuddy).

If you look closely the VX2000 is an exact clone of the Focusrite Voicemaster, down to the last knob and button.

Does that mean it's sound is as good? I don't know, havn't heard either one, but I have been happy with all the other Behringer stuff I've tried, so I am planning to check it out.

I have the T1953 and I like it a lot. VERY quiet....I mean VERY quiet. You can have it cranked and still no noise. Plus it has a separate knob for "tewb" warmth. I like the vintage look of it too.

Anyway, I got mine for about $150 so I couldn't beat it. If you got the extra cash, go for it.

God Bless!
