Behringer C-2 or C-4 for occasional rehearsal/gig recordings?

I think I've settled on the C-2 matched pair, but they seem in short supply in the UK? The C-4 matched pairs are more available and slightly cheaper, but I've heard they are manufactured in a different factory to the C-2 and aren't as good?

I want to record my rock band occasionally, using XY so I have material I can hand out to pubs/clubs. If I can get the quality reasonable I should be able to save a bit of money and hassle by not using a studio with rehearsal recording facility.

Any comments, either about the Mics or what I intent to use them for most welcome.

I have a pair of C-2 mics that I like a lot for recording and live, have not used the C-4s. Have used C-2 for drum overheads, mic'ing congas, acoustic guitar, ambient room mics, overheads for an isolated string section and for recording music in some classical settings. Always with satisfying results.

Hey welcome to the zoo who ..... what ever you decide should work fine just make sure that your in a great sounding room and that will be more than half the battle.
