[The only thing I'd do is get an authentic bass in there, you can hear the synthetics behind the one now, but sometimes that's what people want. I think a real bass would just be creamy smooth here though.

auburncatfish,

I agree 100%. ( see my comment to Pedullist) The final mix will probably have my bud, Boston's Vinnie Scrima slappin it out.

Yeah real nice playing. Not my favorite style, but I can still appreciate good playing when I hear it.

The drum programming was real good to. Can you tell me what you use for drums?

Ralph man, you got that marlboro hanging in the corner of your mouth? :)

From what I've read I'm looking forward to listening to it. But right now I'm listening to Andromeda "II=I" i just got this a few days ago and am really getting into it now so I don't want to remove it. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I will definitely give a listen tomorrow.

Flat-9,

That was a fun tune. The drum programming is spot on for the music. Great job. I like the "Streets of San Francisco" police chase feel to it. Thanks for posting it.

Okay... I'm gonna swim upstream here: I don't like the drums. I know I'm in the minority, but there... I said it. I realize real drums are a luxury for most of us working on this stuff from home, and a drummer to do this piece justice is an even bigger luxury. I also know that the drum programming must have taken ages. But I'm a drum snob, and a similarly talented drummer would take this piece over the top.

Okay, got that out of my system. Now: whoa man! That's some serious playing. Someone hold me.

I would tend to agree with you. I think that programming is intense, and obviously time consumnng. But, it still sounds as it has been programmed. Just the samples I think, but it is still great at that. I think that the song is well put together, and the drums compliment it. I am sure a real drummer would makle the song even better.
