Bad headphone connections on my M Audio 410

Hello,

The soundcard I use for recording is a M AUDIO 410 firewire. There are two headphone outputs on this product. The bottom one works fine, but the top one has very sensitive connectivity problems with every single headphones that I plug into it. Im wondering, should I:

-try and fix it myself (Open it up and take a look)
-bring it into a local electronic store
-bring it into the store that I bought it from (about 200 miles away)
-or contact M AUDIO tech support

If it's under warranty then get let someone that's qualified do the work.

and sometimes if it's under warranty they make sure that you have to send it back to them to fix it or the warranty is void, so check your warranty conditions.
