I own an Audiophile 192, and would like to know if somebody did or read some comparision with the EMU 1212.
1212 is marketed as having the same protools HD converters and has a 120db dinamic range (over 113 of 192)
I ever heard that a better converter will improve mixes with many tracks (I usually mix more than 30). Can be a (low price) converter like the 1212 an improvement over the audiophile 192 (that is a little more expensive)?
