Sounds like you don't need a audio interface ( that allows you to turn analog audio into digital audio for recording purposes) but a headphone amp which provides more power for your headphones than your source stereo headphone output.
The two interfaces you put in your title are for recording and are just a very tiny part of the options avail...many for less money at equal or better quality and many much more expensive with a ton of options...IF you are looking for a recording interface here's a link to sweetwaters offerings in priced low to high format
