first i did search but do yo ever notice how foggy most poeples anwser are hmmmmmm!!!!

Hey Cheebs, you may not realize it yet but your question was at least as "foggy" as the answers -

Keep in mind that all rooms are not built the same - some walls are made of brick, some of block, some of wood framing with various materials covering the studs, sometimes open studs, etc - you made no mention of ceiling height or whether it is parallel to the wall, or what anything is covered in, what the floor is made of, where the doors/windows are, whether the area is heated and how, etc -

The more details you post the better we can answer your questions. Just keep in mind that there's a LOT involved, and it's not going to be a "one question, one answer" kind of deal. I'm not trying to rag on you at all, I realize that until you study a subject it's hard to even know how to phrase a question. Hopefully, we can change all that... Steve

i understand what your saying and i wasnt really talking about my post in general when i said foggy when i did serach i found too many post hard to follow people talking about other poeple s opinions and ignoreing the question at hand . and my question is more general question trying to general anwswer like how other s set thiers up like, what are other ideas on where the monitors should be set up, what kinds of cheap ways are there to sound proof is there anything wrong with mixing in a long room with slanted ceilings but i like how you put your reply knightfly you seem to be a direct person i will make a drawing of my attic with w/h/l to submit for some help thanks in advance
