Anyone wanna do a collaboration recording?

When I get a chance I'll lay down a couple of guitar tracks. That will get us a little closer to the 37 required guitar tracks. ;)

lol your playing was fine... :) This was a 'mechanical' drifting... Subtle at first, but left unchecked, almost a 1/4 second or so off by the end of the song... A couple of 'bumps' did the trick tho...

I should have time this weekend to record and submit the cowbell tracks...

Yeah, I get that alot. "Stop distracting me with your vocals" :D


EDIT: my guitar playing is pretty weak, so if someone else wants to do that track... Scrubs listed the chord shapes I used (I only played off the top 3 strings, except for the Bm - A - G thing...)

I'm tracking tonight and tomorrow. I'll throw some guitars in there. We're gonna hit 48 tracks by the time we are through! :eek:

I only said that because your voice is so awesome, I kept listening to your singing instead of paying attention to what I was doing! :o

I was going to do one for myself anyway, because I've only ever mixed with a stereo drum track and I need the experience. I was leaning toward the PMC myself... It would be nice to see what those guys could do with our song...

My wife and kid have taken all my attention this weekend. It's Sunday night at 10PM now, and I am going to be because I have to go to work in the morning. I didn't get anything tracked.

Scrubs, did you get your machine fixed???

Yep, everything is working now. I have lead and bg vox tracked and am working on the acoustic guitar. I should have something up by late tonight or maybe tomorrow.

Cool. I can't wait!

I put your scratch vocal track in with the other tracks to get a feel for how it's going to sound. The acoustic track on there really adds to the whole sound. I am going to attempt to record one more track for this today. I hope to have it up by tomorrow (Tuesday).
 
Hey, where is Tenkas? He started this thread. I'd like to see some keyboard on this. Or is he waiting for the 7/8 piece?
 
I just finished uploading my guitar tracks. There are 2 distortion, 2 clean, and 1 harmony riff for the end of the solo. That still leaves us a little shy of 37 guitar tracks. :)
