I have one of these - still on trial and I've never tried the others, but I like it so far, so it's probably going to stay.

well if we are going Neve design flavor with dual transformers and not requiring red and blue knobs....

this one is after the same tones...

this must be one of the most recommended of all preamps, (equal to the ISA One Focusrite being a favorite recommended pre's with its one transformer).

the more I read its the overdriving the output transformer that gets the "dirt" thats sought after in these pre's.

I suppose I need to get one and try it out. See if it is something my plug-in Neve cant do.
