Anyone know if a cable insert will work on the inputs of a Tascam 488 mk2…to make the

Unless the documentation I have on the 488 MkII is horribly wrong, these connection points do not exist on that version of the Portastudio.

There is the older, original 488 version also out there in Ebay land somewhere too...Is this the one we are NOW talking about??

I don't know yet. Supposed to be delivered on the 13th. Supposed to be a MkII.

It's true, that the 488mkII does NOT have 4-SUB-Outs.
