When I get down there and really use it, it can look like spaghetti after a tornado.
If I keep it clean and put away otherwise, equipment doesnt collect dust etc.
I also am fortunate to have a dehumidifier that I use regularly to keep excess moisture from doing damage.

Hey Marshall!
You can do a whole helluva lot with just a 10 foot wall and have a very nice home studio setup. And not spend a ton of money
