BTW I am not a carpenter (I hire them to assist me) and not a craftsman (I hire them too) but I am qualified to select what tools they should use on their jobs. They all listen to me cause I know so much."
RECORD PRODUCER (hires engineers/produces artists)
ARCHITECT (hires carpenters/craftsman)
...and they listen to me (and I to them) because as a team we are able to achieve our goals (and maybe make a buck along the way)... Thanks for the clarification.
