I finally found my 703! of all places, it was only a phone call away already in my rolodex. A subsidiary of The Home Depot will special order it for me at $7.48 for a 2" 2x4 peice. The only problem is that the minimum order is ten bundles with 5 pcs eac bundle. If I don't have enough, I'll have too much if I order more to finish.

Hurray!

Damn Michael.... that's some intense framing. I'm happy that mine is not as ellaborate! ;)

Your studio is gonna be great when it's finished. I can already tell by just what I've seen so far in combination with you attention to detail.

John

That is amazing framework, I have to admit. In my home studio I've been cutting everything to fit, with basic measuring, then planing to make things fit tight. This is because the room isn't square, rectangular, in any way.

Plus I can't measure anyway, major shortcoming on my part :) But Michael's frame job is awesome... I'm still waiting for him to come here and help, but he never returns my phone calls.

HA HA HA

Man, when you said $7.50 a piece, I thought that was high. So I went back and checked my reciepts; I paid $6.50 per sheet of 2'x4'. So, that price sounds about righht.
I bought 5 boxes with 10 sheets per box... For now.

That framing does look cool huh?! Compound miters galore!
Two words:

Combination Square.

Michael,

You need to add six more word to your "two words":

...and knowing how to use it!!
