Affordable 4 channel mic pre

I'm thinking of buying an M-Audio Delta 44 (4 inputs) and now I'm thinking whether to get a mixer or a seperate preamp unit to feed the mics.

Anyway, regarding the mic pre, I'm not too familiar with all the units available, but I have checked some store magazines etc. and I see that most of these preamps are either 2 channel or 8 channel.

Now I was wondering if there are any 4 channel preamps at a reasonable price (<250$), 2nd hand if necessary.

Going to have to go cheap mixer at that price, not aware of any standalone 4 channel preamps in that price range.

The Soundcraft M4 would be your best choice. Or a Soundcraft E6 or E8.

I'm selling a brandnew E8 for $300.00 shipped if anyone is interested. I bought it for an install at a church an didn't need it.
