About Battery 2

Hi there!!!
I'm using NI Battery 2+Battery Studio Drums but I'm not very happy how they sound.I listened a demo on Battery's official site and they impressed me very much but when I strarted at home they don't sound very professional.Is there any tutorial for NI Battery 2?Please help me.Thanks and long live!

Battery 2 is an excellent program with a high degree of tweakability. On the NI drumkits the room and overhead mics are pretty washed out sounding, so gravitate towards more direct mics in your sound blend.

Generally I use Battery for scratch drums (to be recorded with real drums later) or wholly electronic (I have about 5 gigs of drum machine samples collected over the last decade--I have almost everything). For both purposes it is great.

As far as replacing real drums... like most drum machines/samplers it can get close but there's always that feel missing--unless you are a gifted programmer, with great samples and have a ton of time to burn.
