AA3.0, only 9 tracks available on multitrack???

This is all new to me in the last few weeks, so bear with me on trying to understand new equipment and technologies. I ordered the Adobe Audition 3.0 package as a university student with an education pricing. am happy with what i received along with the prompt response from Adobe. But I discover that I am only seeing a total of 9 tracks visible to use in the multitracking mode and I was expecting more. But at this time perhaps I should limit myself!! So the question is..Have I not found the secret(!)button to add more tracks or is there a limit to the software package?

There is no track limit. The secret button is in the Insert Menu -> Insert track or Add tracks (p174 in the manual)
