A recording arts correspondence school....

Hello, I'm currently looking to aquire some kind of degree or cert in recording arts. My problem is that I'm not able to relocate at this time to attend an on-campus program. Does anyone know of any good recording arts correspondence programs??

you could checkout www.recordingconnection.com

It's not traditional, and there's no university degree, but they set you up with a studio in your area and have you do your coursework at the studio as an apprentice.

I don't know anything more about them than what's on the website. Check it out.

I would certainly say thats a hands on, learn on the job thing wouldn't you ?

Perhaps web-based courses for composition and such, but not for recording.
