The later mix was far, far better. I still can't hear the story via the vocals, but the musical performances were great . What's the story with this? Is it a "real" band, or built up in the studio?

By the way, vocals of that quality SHOULD be high in the mix. It's not my genre of music at all, but you can tell good stuff whatever style it's in.

yep, i think it's better too....
there were some subtle things i changed, that really brought the vox out more, and then a bit of level as well.

this is 'Bats Brew' which is the name for my one-man project.
i do everything on this one, and most of the others.

my "Trouble" album had all real drums on it, and a few since then i've pulled in real drums,
but all of the music and singing is my own craft.

Watched the HD version, soiled my pants. I have to say, that has big hair all over it.

FYI, video version seemed the volume was little low (I know, I turned it up, just sayin')

Good playing and recording, all sounded good to me.

i don't know what happens with the vid, it's the same wav file that i uploaded, maybe Utoob does some balancing on it?
i know you have to run the volume on the video player up to max, to max the standard level of the actual wav.

and it comes in at about half volume most of the time.....
