Ok, searching for a bas tone. How does this sound?

Also, having trouble with this mother. I've been improvising some of the notes as I can't seem to get the right ones. :confused:

I like ;) Sounds cool so far. I'm looking forward to working on this now that I have "Trash" done in the other thread. Did you try seeing how the bass sounds adding more high end like the original?

:) I'm not confused, the confusion starts tomorrow morning when I start trying to learn this song :confused: :confused:

I think it sounded very hardcore, I was very suprised by the sound, I liked it a lot, but in some areas I felt it got a bit Loose, and not as tight as it needed to be.
Your playing is also very cool..
I will try and lay down some tracks in a few, and see how it goes.

Maybe a bit less distrotion, would clean the sound a bit :)

Are you tracking the rhythm guitar now? or the lead? I could focus on the opposite, doesn't matter to me.
 
Hey guys, I'm learning the first lead solo @ 3:30 right now. This is pretty crazy stuff, i like it :D

Rami, your drums rock by the way!
 
Thanx man...You know, like Nak said, you guys can do some harmonies on the leads,etc...I stayed pretty close to the original, but you guys can do whatever you want with it. Looking forward to hearing.

Hi there, finally finished, I got carried away to day and I did the whole thing.
Its far from perfect "very far"
Rami those drums do rock, it was a thrill playing to them, unfortunatly my work does not stand tall next to those killer drums.

I have all the files saved
that includes guitars, bass , and vox.
So I thought I`d just post it here and if anyone want any of it just say so and I`ll send it.

agian sorry about doing the whole tune.

But I trust we`ll get a very heavy result in the end. :)
 
Ps; the bass is to low, the vox have way to much reverb, or wrong reverb. :)

I just thought in the end we could just add this part take away another ect.
If you want to send me what you come up with feel free, and I can do vice versa.
I hope we`ll get a smashing end result.
 
Pretty heavy...good stuff...there are a few timing issues (which might be my fault),,,but there are a few places where the rythm seems to fall apart for a second or so. This is more than just a great start. I'd like to hear some Dog in there...Man and Snake to take it to another level...Great stuff.
 
thanks rami, I did have some issues, as I sort forgot were I was in the song, so in parts I was sort of waiting it out for those abrupt parts. :)

But all in all it was a true joy to play.
cant wait to hear what Dogman and the Ilama boy :D comes up with. :)

llama boy, LOL... I'm getting a reputation around here! Anyway, this sweet! Awesome job :D You're quick... I just got started learning just the guitar part a few minutes ago.

I think I'll use your song and try to add some guitar harmonies... I'm really loving that last solo, good stuff

Sure, you did an awesome job! Love the vocals at 4:35, that's pretty crazy.

I'll post one of my solos later. I've been messing around with lead parts.

Ok, tried a different tone for the bass. Let me know what you think.

I mixed it in pretty loud, and this is all I've learned so far. A few clunkers, and i am slow. Don't wait on me. Nakatira, I'd like to get at least one of your rythum tracks, as it might help the timing issues I'm having.
And damn, I don't know how RAMI got this so quick. I've done about 30 takes of just this part, and am about ready to give up on it.... :eek:
