I`d have to get on it in ... lets see 10 hours as its 1.00 in the night over here... :)

But its going to be good fun.

I would love to try the vox on this, and if there`s any room for it, some guitar. :)

HAHA! Well you're all GONNA fucking play it or I'll come each of your towns and kik ass.

This was not easy. Not only have I not played it ever, I haven't heard it in about 15 years, so I had to play to the track. SO here I am playing to a band that wasn't playing to a click track. It's not my most solid playing, but at a certain point it was just a matter of finishing it....like a marathon.

I'm out.

Just kiddin, can't wait to hear it and start jamming :D :D

That drum part did sound rough!

Well, I might get to work trying to learn the guitar and bass parts, and see what happens. Did you play to the original track RAMI, about 7:56 in length? I've got a couple of versions, but they might be the same, just ones newer.

rename it "War llamas" anyone? now that sounds nasty  (i'm not serious about that)

Lets do it, and learn the parts, for the brotherhood!

i listened to the first one (not the dogman style)
i cant hear the bass
drums rythmically awesome and its all overall the place. is that a real drums?
distortion tracks need to be panned.
Overall, too clean sound.
Pretty good job there :D

Sorry guys...Had to leave the house for about an hour It's ready to go, I'm just transferring it. If I do it as an MP3 (320kps) it will be ready in about 5 minutes. If I leave it as a Wav and put it up at YOU SENDIT, it will probably be about another 20 minutes. Let me know what you want.

Yes, Dogman, I played to the original 7:56 version. At the end I did a longer rub out instead of the "tape speed up" thing they seem to do.

Ok guys, it's up. Keep in mind that it's not as steady as can be, not to keep making excuses, but I don't know this song at all and had to listen to it a few times and then play along to the "record". I also didn't eq the drums at all and they're totally dry. I'll let whoever mixes this down decide how much reverb and eq'ing they want to do. So I'm pretty naked out there.
If you guys have trouble following it, since there are a lot of holes in this song with long silence, I can put up a version with Black Sabbath just leaking through enough for you to follow it, and then it wouldn't be a problem to sync up to my drum track without Sabbath playing after.

There's a little 1-2-3 pick up at the beginning that's not on the record, just so you guys would know when to come in...I probably should have given a longer count, but it should work.

It's right HERE

Thanks, RAMI. DL'ing now. I am trying to learn the bass part, but I don't know. I just played with it for about half an hour, and am having trouble. My skills suck, and this really shows that. Maybe in a day or 2 I will get it, but I don't know. I've gotten the intro down, and now have to start on the first verse. I'll see if playing with just the drums helps out. Thanks, dude.
Ed

PS, I don't know if wav is any better than a 320K MP3 for what we are doing. Can you hear a big difference on your end between the 2? All my drum samples are 320K or less, and for mixing in, and turning into MP3's, they always sound good.

No problem if you want me to turn it into an MP3. I don't hear the difference, but then again, I'm a drummer.

It would be smaller, and that might help. My fucking computer crashed after getting about 40% of this, and I have to start over. If you could post an MP3, that might be better. Thanks, man.
Ed

Sweet, thanks a bunch Rami! I'm downloading the monster wav file now (42%) I don't have much time tonight guys, but I'm going to get at this hardcore in the morning :D :D I'll see how far I get, never tried this song before.

No problem, I gotta crash out...You have until tomorrow to learn the mother fucker...LOL!

Thats a hell of job you`ve done there Rami, nicely played good sounding.
I cant wait to try this..
Sorry for not going at it now but I will tommorow, first thing after breakfast.
I`ve just heard the mp3 version the other one takes some more time downloading, but I will use that one for recording.

again very nice of you to do this so swiftly Rami, I really apreciate it. :)
