A cheap mic

Good Day All,

I am in the market for an inexpensive; non-large diaphragm mic to record vocals with.
I do own one, but due to my current setup (no dedicated vocal booth or sound proof room) makes my vocal track sound, less than high end.
I will probably be doing the vocals in the bathroom, in conjunction with my M-audio delta 66, stand alone compressor, and eq.
In the past, I have used this fairly cheap small condensor mic from phillips and have gotten pretty good results. But I think I have dropped it too many times and can not find an exact one like I had.
I was wondering if anyone out there-who doesn't have a "dedicated" vocal setup, and has a simular setup and situation as I- could educate me on what type of mic they use or would suggest for under say 75 bucks or so.
Thanks for any suggestions.

The ubiquitous Shure SM-57. Around $80 US.

The MXL990 ($69) has done a good job on vocals here, but, as with any vocal mic, it depends on the interaction between the mic and the singer as to how well it will work for any given voice.

In other words, it may (or may not) work well for YOUR particular voice.
