The videos are dope. I think that this video should be shown to the newbies that think they need all this gear to make beats - homie was keeping it real by using gear that's actually accessible to normal folks like us (except for the Triton.)

Homeboy mos def was right when he talked about the producers that make those videos with everything pre-loaded and claim they did it quick.

I was feeling dude's first beat the most. He comes off a little flossy with his money hanging out but I like what he's trying to do. Stray and Trizza it may be that the files are avi so i'm converting it to wma so other people won't have that problem.

Agreed about the first beat. The second one was kinda monotonous.

I second the agreement on folks who have sounds preloaded and then fake like it took 5 - 10 mins to make the whole beat. He's a bit flossy, but who isn't when they got bread in they hand whether they made it from beat hustlin' or not. If it boosts your ego than so be it. It's kind of like penis envy though LOL. I thought both beats were good for the amount of time involved. I mean it's just making a beat, not polishing it up (that's what takes longer for me to do). I also hate cats who make a drum loop and then call it a full beat and then that's all they do to it.

Man if I did a beat making video, I'd have to chop it up in like 3 parts.
Part 1 - Making the Drums
Part 2 - Creating the Melodies
Part 3 - Mixing the Beat Down

or something like that. I tend to take more time with my beats because I'm my own worst critic. But at least if I ever did decide to do a video, I got someone I can holla at who'd do it for free.

Nice site dogg. providing some nice info up there.. Keep it up...
