the two of these were actually recorded with 2 different roland daws...
zoom, on a vs-800ex (20-bit) and first tracks, on a vs-1880 (24-bit)
the zoom was mastered in the vs, but 1st trax was mastered in sonar.
i went digital out of the VS directly into the pc via a Maudio 24/96 soundcard.
then processed the stereo file in Sonitus (multiband comp and some mild eq, in sonar)
when i record now, i go into the soundcard via the digital outputs of a ART DPS convertor.
