I think the vocals sound excellent on this, they just seem like they are mixed too low...and the drums definitely need a boost in the mix. They are really over-powered by the guitars (which sound great by the way)

I like the song. It kind of reminds me of Weezer in a way (meant as a compliment)

Good arrangement and again, very good vocals!

Damn, what a great song! Mix-wise I have some issues: the various levels of the instruments are kinda all over the place, there's a harshness to the vox, the drums are a couple blocks away, etc.

But the song is freaking genius.

This is a real Saturday night feel good party song. ahh, lick at the end is...ok, you fixed it, that's a cool effect but it was a little hot when it came in.

Lot's of meat in this mix, the oomph came through.
 
Hey Jamal, nice tune. Sweet harmonies. You should pan out the guitars a bit more, it sounds cluttered to me (listening on headphones, it's 1 am :(). What do you use for samples? They always sound kind of weird to me. Can't quite put my finger on it.

Digital Marlboro lights? It sounds a bit digital, the grittyness. Perhaps it's the mp3 encoding.

good parts and some on the mark singing in main and backs. Playing was cool. some interesting twists in there that make good groove. Levels were kinda askew a bit. I didnt like when the kick drum started gettin wired on in the very end and then come back off it to the broken meter thing.
Cool tune though.
 
Alright!! A new jamal song.

I liked the singing. Good voice. Good harmonies. Good layering. Lyrically real good - lots of interesting things going on. I liked the guitar parts - they worked well together. I really liked the song.

I thought the mix was a little on the muddy side. Some of the guitars lacked a little midrange clarity. The guits are hiding the vocals a bit more than they probably should.

Some vocal poping on the word "pills" at 1:25 and the word "by" at 1:28.

Maybe some pitchiness in the harmonies through 2:15-2:19.

The more I listen the more I liked the song. Good job.

cool tune man. The nits have been covered so i aint gonna git all redundant on yer ass.... ...and shit:D . Nice tune and writing... and i know thats where you focus your time... ...in the writing. ..bravo.

btw: whatever happened to that flawgic thingy...?
