Being inherently lazy, I've never got to grips with this feature. The recent drum machine article was fantastic, has anyone got anything similar for the loop phrase? Thanks, back to bed for me!! ;) ;)

I find the internal drum machine in my Boss BR1600 a bit limiting and fiddly. I've never used an external one but my question is whether an external one is significantly more versatile and if so any recommendations? Many thanks

Does such a thing exist? I would like to put a cover over it after use to protect from dust etc. and I'm surprised that you can't seem to buy one. Anybody have any ideas?

As someone about to move into the digital recording world, and having narrowed my search down to these two models, which do you reckon is the best buy? I can get them both for the same price and obviously the Zoom has more tracks but as a bedroom recorder I would appreciate any advice anyone...
