BR1600 loop phrase

Being inherently lazy, I've never got to grips with this feature.

The recent drum machine article was fantastic, has anyone got anything similar for the loop phrase?

The video DVD for the 1600 shows how to assign loops to buttons and build tracks that way. I like the way those loops sound like real drums .
