between the pres on my behringer mx2004a mixer and the m-audio DMP3 pre. For the test i mic'd my guitar amp with two ECM8000's (why? because they are the only mics of which i have two). Channel one was the mixer and channel two the dmp3. I proceded to record playing numerous and varied things...

we all know of the problem that was fixed with delta's new driver, 0.5.10.00.31.... now there is a new driver out for 'pro audio recording applications.' is this the one i want to get? it's called 0.5.10.00.29x12. does this driver also have the latency fix?

my motherboard (asus A7M266) has a soundcard built onto the board that i never use. It, however, loads software and other things when my computer starts up. how can i physically disconnect the the onboard soundcard thus allowing me to safely uninstall the software?
