I currently have a Fender Super 60 all tube amp and although it's served me well over the 5 years I've had it, it's always been perhaps a little too powerful for bedroom recording. Also, I've noticed it has lost some it's brightness in the last few months, which is probably down to the tubes...

Yeah, I'm playing a sample of a bright Steinway with my MIDI controller.

It's OK for messing around on(I got it with my Audiophile 192 soundcard a few months back) but isn't for any 'serious' recording IMO.

They're an awesome set of plugins IMO - I use Cubase SL and they are undoubtedly better than the ones that come included with that. Enjoy :)
