    What is it called, when you press a key and it goes on and off, like a tremolo?

    Kinda like a tremolo with the depth all the way up? With my DSS-1 (and my Poly800) I can do this by putting the joystick all the way down, but different sounds have different effects assigned to it. I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to adjust the sound so this happens all the time...

    korg DSS-1 / Peavey PC1600 controller

    I have both of these. Reason i purchase the controller was that there's a .sys file that can be loaded onto it that has all the presets to work with the DSS-1. only thing, I have no idea how to load them onto the controller. Is there a software you can recommend to get this done?
