Nothing works for long without a maintenance crew.. A good mechanic can fix anything. I know some. I hired them and supervised them. It's kind of like fixing up old cars. You take your parts out of the junk yard so to speak, and the afghans have quite a junkyard of parts to choose from. Biden should have removed it or destroyed it. All they need is the technical skills. One year old vision goggles are still better than none. They can be fixed.

Best places to start are Construction/Demolition and transportation. All you need is a driver's license. G's East pays $24/hr plus mileage bonus but you need a Non-CDL Class B. That is a pamphlet written test at the local DMV. Easy, 1 day. Get a Haz-Mat placard test at the local fire Dept, so you can transport hazardous materials. My neighbor hauls used O2 cylinders and just refinanced again. Dudes killin it.
If you have no contacts, walk to edge of town in the business district and start cold walk-ins.
