So so far you're doing this in 'a tiny room'- and five feet' away -both not logical nor representative of a real or appropriate setup.
Just curious, how big is a 'tiny room'?

You know, having discussed this here, I suppose it may be time to ask why are you playing through an amp anyway?
Gee, yeah that's nice.
But where do the Twin Reverbs go?
I want to put it through a fuzz pedal and a wah.
A fuzz pedal and wah is a recipe for feedback. A fuzz makes things louder and more compressed (creating feedback) and a wah boosts and sweeps the midrange. (creating more feedback)
Those two things will have a tendency to make a solid body electric guitar feedback, much less an acoustic instrument. Your only hope is isolation, or getting an electric mando.

I'dknow. It's a technical term I guess - It was a spec used by the OP
electric mando.
Let me put it this way, how much smaller is a 'tiny room' than one which allows a 'reasonable setup'?
