This is for locals of Los Angeles only... you have to live or work in Los Angeles.

I'm hiring LA amateurs and pros to record a song called "The Rising Sun" for me. I will have you record it in your own style, however you like. You can change anything or change nothing. This project has a $10,000 budget. I will be hiring many for this... musicians, bands, songwriters, recording artists, producers, etc. I will need to hear some of your recorded work. Those who quote me the best prices and show me the best work will get the gig.

I will do it for $10,001. It's not gonna be that song though. It will be my own song, you send me all of the money first, I'm not going to L.A, and you won't get to hear or do anything with it when it's done.
 
Eh... He posted it in the wrong forum (Should probably be in Marketing), but it's not like he's breaking all the unspoken rules of HR. If it's on the up-and-up, he's got a job to offer with some terms; seems reasonable to post about it here.
