nothing says "vintage '70s" like the Alesis Midiverb !

... all because the 'Tascam 38' name plate came off ...

I like an eBay seller who really (or should that be "reely") knows his product....

Someone needs to make up their mind what they're selling. That said, even the 38 would have been remarkable to have in the 1970s, being 1980s tech. (Look how dense the PCBs are! And look... the transport control is in a single IC!)

Well, that's Ebay for you. I've come across more than a couple of people with no idea and even more shysters.

Did you message him with questions? Like, how do the heads look on the midiverb. If all the play ff and rw functions work? :D

Hopefully, it will go to a nice home in Nigeria.

Cheers! :)

Wow...just, wow :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Well, I still think the UMOJC amplifier listing was one of the best I've ever seen. (Un)fortunately there aren't any on sale at the moment, but you do see them occasionally:

Ok, I know it's not ebay but it is kind of analog, I have not been able to figure out if it's a joke or what!!!

:laughings:

That could also be sold as an antique grandfather clock kit too! :D

Cheers!:)

A bit like this one, I am sure the decimal point is in the wrong place as these guys usually have good prices.
