That makes sense as the era when this gear was built was primarily the audio for video sweetening market. The 58 chasing a VTR made sense as both needed time to shuttle tape. Computers, DAWs, etc where more so to be the slave and chase the 58. Now in the era of track and dump to DAW, sync as a whole seems kind of pointless?

Cheers! :)

Much thanks to sr71 rules for sending me some pictures of his M3700 mixer! :)

Here's the first one I processed and hopefully will have a couple more once he gets it all set up and running!

Wow Jeff! Looks awesome! Are you sure that's from an image I sent you? :p

That's my new desktop for sure!

Excellent job!

Yeah, I'm sure! :D

It just needed a bit digital hamburger helper to spiffy it up a bit! ;)

Anyway, glad you liked the results and I'll look forward to any future shots you send me!

Cheers! :)

That looks fantastic.

Anyone ever come up with a manual for this thing?

I have the full original Tascam manual. Quite a nice surprise. I didn't think the guy has it. The board even has the JL Cooper Automation upgrade and that manual too! Major score! Both in good shape in their binders.

I'm so impressed! These all look great! This last one is perfect for one of my computers with 16:9 screens on it. The other images were getting cut off at the bottom where it says Tascam. I could have stretched or warped the image.. but no one likes that. :) Nice work Jeff!

Thanks!

It's hard to know what everyone's screen sizes are. I have a 24" 1920x1080 screen but many people are still on laptops with 1024x769 and other variations in between. If I could get some feedback from the members here, what their screen resolution is, I could factor that into future shots more consistently.

Cheers! :)

WoW! :) That is some fine work. I want a machine like that, oh wait.....

Im going to have the full size printed for my studio.
