Hello Rami!
I didn't hear this one before!
Well done, like always...

P.S. I remember my 3 moving years, over 20 addresses in 3 different countries ...

sikter

, I'd like to hear one of your tunes truly mastered.
Id like to hear the difference a proper mastering house would put on a track like this
Me too. If I could afford it, I'd like to get a bunch of my songs mastered to see what it could do. But it would be way too expensive to do it just as an experiment.
Moved again??? I know the feeling. We've been in the current house for almost 3 years now. Might be a record for us!!

WOW!
Yeah, I feel you guys. I guess it's the closest most of us will get to being rock stars on tour. :D

Yeah - this is the music that makes people want to turn on the radio. I tend to chase the melody, words and vocals with my ears, so I had to refocus on the individual parts which is hard to do in a good song because you're already listening to something you like.

I really do believe this can stand as is and be viable for sale in certain because I'd buy it.

If you want to get nitpicky with it, I say 1:38 and 1:57 .... there is a clip, or flam, or click from the drums I think. It's "glitchy."

But I'd buy hearing that on the radio and cranking it up.

Yeah dude it sounds great. No problems in the low end for me. If anything, I want more guitars. They get a little lost at times. Drums and bass sound great.

the individual instrument sounds sound good. doubled vocals in the entire thing, yes? I'd single track em for a bit then add emphasis with the double, personally.

this mix has great clarity and space and i love the drum work.

at first i thought the snare was a bit loud untill the whole mix came in. I'd try to fatten up the guitars, Greg and I i think hear the same thing when it comes to that aspect.

I'd like to hear some more bottom end aswell, but that might get rid of some of the space of the mix that im enjoying.

Really cool vocal parts and harmonies. Im real nit-picky about vocals, and i'd like to hear less trail off during the "neverminds"... but if thats your style then its absolutely nothing to complain about, just my preference.

overall i like it!! :D good work buddy

Thanx a lot for posting again, Clam. I really apprecaite your kind words. I'm not at home, but when I get to my set up I'll check out those flams you're talking about. Thanx man.

Thanx Greg and Bisson. I will bring up those guitars. That's the beauty of posting here and getting feedback. After reading what you guys said about bringing up the guitars, I realized that it crossed my mind a few times while listening to this, but I needed someone to confirm it for me. Cool, I'll take care of that as soon as I re-mix.

Thanx for all the help so far, everyone!

I thought it sounded great. Drums especially - snare and kick are really popping. Nice harmonies.

I'd bet you could get away with turning up the distorted guitars a couple of dbs.

OK maybe just a bit too much click in the attack of the kick? Not sure myself.

Excellent vocals RAMI & the guitar solo has a classic tone & reverb as it kicks in.
Good snare crack'n trough the track.
Very enoyable stuff.
You'd get a 320mp3 of a mastered song for free on the 1st song with certain good mastering houses. THEN you decide if you want to spend the money to get the wav. & get more done. I did that just to see if a) it'd make any difference & b) for vanity's sake.
I picked the right song because it worked on both levels and I spent the money (&that wasn't too much at all).

Thanx 3XM. I brought the distorted guitars a bit since you posted. I think it did need that, as you mentioned.

Thanx a lot Ray. Maybe I'll give it a free try. I can't afford it now, so I wouldn't get a free trial off someone without having any intention of actually hiring them until I can afford it. But it's something to cnosider for the future.

No way are the vocals too loud! Great harmonies as usual.....
The kit sounds beautiful, Rami, I don't hear any boominess. In fact what I hear is a kind of roominess about them that makes them sound totally alive, especially the snare.
Great, great, great! :)
