"On board mic settings"

I am in the process of recording with the equipment I have ... which is what I was able to afford and I have this Behringer C3 microphone. There are 3 switches on the mic itself with visual aides, but I don't know what they mean.

The book that came with the mic was printed in Dutch I think.... seriously. The only two words in the whole manual written in English is the motto "just listen." ... so, that's what I've been doing. Still, I'd like to know what all of the settings are for just in case my ears are wrong.
