Greetings,
I'm using Pro Tools LE 8 and recently I've starting making some backing tracks to use live with my worship band, especially when the rotation is kind of thin.
I typically mix keyboards, an acoustic guitar, maybe a drum loop. All of the instrumentation is hard panned (100%) to the right. The click is hard panned (100%) to the left. This is so we can hear both live in our in-ear monitors and then the sound engineer mutes the left channel going to the house so that the audience doesn't hear the click. Even though I don't hear any bleed while mixing, whenever I bounce the track, I can always hear the click faintly on the right speaker. I checked it on various speaker systems, ipods, etc. and it's always there, so it's not the panning ability of the player, it must be on the track after bounce.
Any suggestions for getting rid of this problem?
Thanks.
