nope you seem very helpful but just remember not everyone has your budget and Id rather be making music and learning right now with a Line6 UX2 than waiting however long to buy something else up the ladder..


always plenty of folks here to unload stuff too...shit I dont think other than one guitar that Ive bought anything new...no Craigslist in Ayrshire ;)

I don't have that kind of budget either, I'm skint, but I could save $400 if i really wanted decent gear tho.

You can make decent music/recordings wi a tiny mixer and basic soundcard while you save for something decent. That's my point :drunk:

and a good one too....

my first one was a line6 with pod farm platinum for $60....that would get you four stella and a pizza back home so no real biggie



btw in true jock form my currency is always stella and pizza lol :)

Lovely place.. although it's been a while since I was there. Always thought, of any city I'd been in in any country in the world, that Glasgow had the best looking girls. At least I think it was Glasgow, although it could have been Edinburgh.. long time ago....
