I need someone that has experience recording at home without a drumer to answer this question. So please don't answer if you don't know for sure. I am going to be writing and recording the bass and guitar for my music. I need a program that I can write drums with and write synth parts. I don't want to know what you use. Just a list of good programs that are out there. I've done searches online but so far they are all crap. Remember, I am recording Bass and guitar, I need a program to do Drums and synth. I want to write the parts, I don't want to use loops.

I need it to sound like Metal drums but also have the ability to do rnb or techno sounds also.

With that attitude, you probably aren't gonna get shit. I'd tell you what I recommend, but you don't want to hear what I use.

pssst...

This is the Drums and Percussion Forum where all the drummers hang out....

So to post in here and ask a bunch of drummers for "only the ones who record without a drummer" to answer does nothing but confuse us....

And then you talk all mean and junk....

:(

Somebody hold me....

YOU ARE A DOUCHE!! Your attitude sucks and frankly so do you!

i agree it certainly qualify as a fail, but...

it seems to be a pretty innocent one. He prolly just didn't understand how HR works. But seeing as he didn't post anything after, a one-post-fail-wonder, it's kinda hard to give him the benefit of the doubt.
