Is it possible to organize the plugin menus so I can have easy and quick access to the ones i use most instead of navigating through all the sub-menus?

Yes, open the vst folder and you'll see they are arranged in folders. You can make new folders, or put your favorites in the vst folder w/o a subfolder.

Ok so if I move the DLL's around it wont matter much? What about the waves stuff, its not really in there. Its just eh waveshell extensions?

Not sure about waves stuff - don't use it myself. Maybe give waves a call, I hear they are pretty good about customer support.

I have a waves bundle, and the only dll listed is just wavesshell

Waves is a no go.... that single dll controls them all...... This is one of the things that pisses me off about cubase and what I liked about Pro Tools. The plugin organization in cbase is disgusting...

But yes you can move the .dlls around if you wish.. I don't just because im paranoid that something will be referencing the dll at that installed path
