Anyone know of something that is similar to this in rack form?

I've got the *gasp* Behringer headphone amp.

Works pretty good for me, I have the I/O from the Daw to run seperate mixes and also I/O from my board to run seperate tracking mixes. Whichever the situation calls for.
I've got it sitting on one of these:

A little velcro and a little cable to hold it down and you're good. Once you pile stuff on top of it and around it it's not as ghetto lol.
Why so many monitor outputs for a live gig? In ear monitor systems?still no idea for rack ideas.
Reason being is I need it for live application actually. So I can take it to any venue and just plug in headphones and I'm good to go.
the hearback system is too many components.. i need one deal.
both units, + all of the rackmountable units I've seen are only two inputs (main input and a direct input per channel). I'd like something that has 4 inputs and be able to mix those to at least 3 different headphones.
The mackie seems to be right at what I need, I just wish it was in rackmount form.
