heyy guys im looking for a good vocal condencer mic, for my home recordings i'm currently working with a protools m-box 2 pro idk if that helps any but yeahh umm im loooking to spend like a 4-500 at the max 6 soo if anny one could help me on this my email is redeemer691@gmail.com thnx

and theres a million options....
 
I recomend the Realistic range of microphones. Although I do sometimes find them a little muffled sounding. Don't bother with the phantom power as it won't make any difference.

Get a CAD M179 and get to know your equipment and try out a lot of other mics in the meantime. You will always find a use for it and it sounds great on lots of voices

Hey, I think it is working, all this talk of Realistic is making me want one. Im always looking for a muffled sound that doesnt need any phantom power

I would recommend the M-audio Nova mic. Its solid sounds great (some say it sounds like a nt-1) and is under $100. Check it out, even if its a backup mic its well worth the money.
