Can the Audiophile 192 card interface with the Delta 1010 breakout box?

Curious whether anyone has ever created a rackmount breakout box. If so what options they chose and how they designed it. For me I'm considering using a 1U panel with MIDI in/out with several analog I/O on balanced and unbalanced 1/4” TRS and I'm not sure what else! Would appreciate any feedback.

I'm comparing the M-Audio 61es and the Yamaha PSR275, for a beginner. The M-Audio looks a lot cleaner, and since I'm going to run the MIDI signal into my PC through my stereo into external speakers, with a soft synth, I don't want/need the speakers built into the keyboard. Thanks for any feedback.
