    Tom heads

    I just got a new pair of sabian b8pro medium hi hats, I know the heavier cymbal goes on the bottom and the lighter weight one with the writing on it goes on the top. My question is why do you have to put the heavier one on the bottom? I kind of like the sound of them with the heavier one on top...
