Zoom H4n Recording Help?

So I have a Zoom H4n. I think I can get the hang of CuBase myself but I was just recording with it on MTR mode so I could overlay tracks. I have 3 tracks overlayed and I wanted to send the song to my friend so he could hear it put together but when I put my SD card in my computer, I can't listen to it as a whole. I have a folder with the name of the project in it, and I go into that and I have the 3 separate .wav files which are the 3 separate tracks.

How do I turn all of this into a simple .mp3 or .wav file? Please help!!

You have to open the tracks in a multi track software and mix the tracks to stereo. Any multitrack software will do this.
